NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
Who can enter
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Duty To Act Coffee LLC, Galls LLC, Concerns of Police Survivors, Inc., and their respective affiliates, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible.
Dates
The sweepstakes begins October 5, 2026 and ends November 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Entries received outside that window will not be accepted. The sponsor's computer is the official clock.
How to enter
Submit your email address in the entry form on this page during the sweepstakes period. This earns one (1) entry. Limit one entry per email address.
After entering you will receive a personal share link. Each separate, eligible person who enters the sweepstakes using your link earns you one (1) additional entry, up to a maximum of 10 additional entries, for a maximum of 11 total entries per entrant. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any address the sponsor reasonably believes to be fraudulent or duplicated will be void, as will all entries from that entrant.
Free alternate method of entry. To enter without using the form, hand-print your full name, address, telephone number, email address and date of birth on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with first-class postage to: Address TBC. One entry per outer envelope, received by November 15, 2026. Mail-in entries receive one (1) entry and are not eligible for share entries.
The prize and the draw
One (1) grand prize, supplied in full by the sponsor: the complete Duty To Act x C.O.P.S. capsule and ten (10) pounds of Duty To Act coffee. Approximate retail value under $1,000. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent, except that the sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on TBC. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email at the address entered and must respond within TBC days or an alternate winner will be drawn. The prize will be shipped within the United States only.

Entering adds your email address to Duty To Act Coffee's mailing list. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and you can leave at any time without affecting your entry. Your address is not sold. Galls and C.O.P.S. do not receive your address through this entry form.
